Estimates vs. Quotes: Estimates are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of plumbing, parts and materials are subject to market price changes. If hidden problems arise (e.g., rusted pipes, mold, cracked joints, or unexposed damage) after work begins, we will discuss necessary changes and cost increases with the client before proceeding.
Payments: Payments for work rendered are due within 30 days of completion, unless otherwise discussed in writing.
Right of Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring our plumbers have clear, safe access to the workspace.
Cancellations: Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty on labor from the date of completion. This does not include manufacturer warranties for products installed. If a customer provides their own materials/fixtures, we provide no warranty on those items or defects arising from them.
Premium Rates: Any work provided outside of normal business hours is subject to Premium Rates.
Media: We reserve the right to collect images and videos of our work for quality control and marketing purposes.
Contracts: We may require a signed Scope of Work Contract before any work is started.
Right to Refuse/Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time. If services are cancelled by the client or Merari Mechanical, costs incurred up to that point (materials and labor) are due within 30 days.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: This website is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
